HVAC Installer

We are seeking a skilled HVAC Installer to join our team for a project in Lorain, OH. This is a full‑time position with working hours from 6:30 AM to 5:00 PM, involving ten‑hour workdays. The primary focus of this role is on Section 8 housing projects, where you will be responsible for replacing furnaces and performing other HVAC‑related tasks.

• Replace and install new furnaces efficiently.
• Perform duct work installation and replacements.
• Conduct HVAC system change‑outs and line set installations.
• Ensure all work is clean, neat, and meets project standards.

• Minimum of 2+ years of experience in HVAC installation and replacement.
• Proficiency in furnace installation and duct work.
• Ability to effectively pull out and replace furnaces.
• Possession of personal tools necessary for HVAC installations.
• Strong reliability and punctuality.

• Experience with line set installation is a plus.
• Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining clean and neat work.

The work will be conducted on a Section 8 housing project in Lorain, OH. The project involves working in various housing units, requiring a focus on precision and cleanliness. Dress code is casual, but safety gear is required as needed.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Akron, OH.

The pay range for this position is $32.00 - $35.84 /hr.
