This is a full-time on-site role for a Technician located in Akron, OH. The Technician will install, maintain, and troubleshoot telecommunications systems including AV equipment, IP networks, VoIP, and security systems. Additionally, the role involves configuring and certifying the cabling infrastructure, conducting inspections, diagnosing technical issues, and working closely with a team to ensure the delivery of exceptional service.

• Experience with system installation and maintenance, including AV equipment, IP networks, VoIP, sound, and security systems
• Proficiency in troubleshooting, diagnosing, and resolving technical issues related to telecommunications infrastructure
• Knowledge of certified cabling and system certification procedures
• Familiarity with fire alarm system installation and compliance with regulatory standards
• Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively within a team
• Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality results
• Relevant certifications or training in telecommunications, A/V systems, or networking are a plus
• Physical ability to perform on-site installation and maintenance tasks, including standing, climbing, and lifting
