We're seeking a Certified Apartment Maintenance Technician with EPA Type II or Universal certification to join a multifamily property team. If you have strong repair skills and enjoy creating safe, comfortable living spaces, this is the perfect opportunity for you.

Job Responsibilities

• Perform general maintenance and repairs on apartments and common areas
• Troubleshoot and fix plumbing, electrical, and HVAC issues
• Complete work orders efficiently and accurately
• Prepare units for move-in and ensure property standards are met
• Respond promptly to emergency maintenance requests

Qualifications

• EPA Type II or Universal certification required
• Must have own tools
• Previous apartment maintenance experience
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and use hand tools
• Strong problem-solving skills and reliability
