Since 1956, Senn’s Custom Cabinets has been creating top-tier custom cabinetry and executing complete kitchen and bath remodels. We are a family-owned, well-established shop built on craftsmanship, integrity, and a culture where everyone genuinely gets along.

We’re expanding our team and looking for a custom cabinet maker and finish carpenter who knows their way around woodworking tools and machinery, takes pride in high-end work, and wants a long-term role with a close-knit group.

The Role

• Custom Fabrication & Installation: Build, fit, and install custom cabinetry and architectural trim for full kitchen and bathroom remodels.
• Machinery & Tools: Safely operate woodworking equipment—from table saws, planers, and jointers to precision hand tools.
• On-Site Professionalism: Represent Senn's on job sites with great communication skills and a customer-first mindset.
• Collaborate & Learn: Work alongside a friendly team that supports one another. If you have the core foundation and a willingness to learn, we are fully committed to training you on high-level techniques.

What You Bring

• Experience: 4–5 years in custom cabinet making, finish carpentry, or residential remodeling preferred.
• Tool & Equipment Savvy: Strong familiarity and safety habits with shop machinery and hand tools.
• Great People Skills: High energy, clear communication, and a positive team-first attitude—no drama, just great work with great people.
• Physical Capability: Ability to comfortably lift and carry at least 75 lbs (sheet goods, cabinet units, materials).
