Wright Heating and Cooling is seeking a Lead HVAC Installer in Akron, OH to manage residential installations from start to finish. You will mentor helpers, uphold safety, quality, and customer service throughout projects.
The role offers $25-$35 per hour with union benefits and medical insurance fully paid for employee and family, plus dental/vision, paid vacation, ongoing training, and advancement opportunities.
Schedule:
Mon-Fri 7:30 AM–4:30 PM; overtime as needed.
