Case Manager

Shelter Care, Inc. is seeking a compassionate, motivated, and dedicated Case Manager to support young adults ages 18–21 who have transitioned out of the foster care system. This role provides an opportunity to make a meaningful impact by helping young adults build independence, develop essential life skills, and work toward long-term stability and success.

• Provide direct case management and individualized support services.
• Assist young adults in developing independent living and essential life skills.
• Help individuals identify and secure safe, stable, and affordable housing.
• Provide crisis intervention and support as needed.
• Empower young adults to build confidence, strengthen self-sufficiency, and achieve their personal goals.

Monday–Friday, with some flexibility required to accommodate the needs of the individuals served.

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license.
• Bachelor’s degree in social work, human services, behavioral health, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Must meet and maintain all criminal background check requirements.
