Drivers Potential. Part-time

Overview

Seeking Drivers! $20.00/Hr. Plus Bonus Potential. Part-time 30-35 hrs/week. Full Time 40-45 hrs/week.

Location:

Akron, Canton and immediately surrounding areas.

• Delivery and pickup of 6-20 yard roll off dumpsters for construction and household debris.
• Operate company trucks; ensure safety and security of cargo; maintain vehicle cleanliness.
• Receive and relay information to central dispatcher; follow dispatcher guidance via smartphone.
• Perform pre- and post-trip inspections of the vehicle.

• Must be at least 25 years of age or older, with a clean driving record.
• Professional attitude and appearance.
• Ability to speak, read, and write English well enough to represent the company professionally, understand highway traffic and signals, respond to official questions, and make legible entries on reports and records.
• Ability to perform the physical requirements of the position.
• Some commercial vehicle operation experience preferable.
• Must have a good understanding of the local area and neighborhoods.
• On-boarding requires criminal history background check; MVR record screening also performed.
• Must be able to pass a 12-panel drug screening.
• No CDL required to drive; a current commercial DOT driver's medical card is required; if you don t have one, you will need to obtain one (approx. $80).

• Travel:
  Company truck provided; local travel.
• Training provided; no prior experience required.
