Holub Recycling, Inc. / City Scrap & Salvage is seeking a dependable Class A Local Driver to join our team. This position is ideal for an experienced commercial driver who values safety, reliability, and local driving.
The Class A Local Driver will safely transport scrap metal, recyclable materials, equipment, and containers to and from customer and company locations. Responsibilities include completing local pickup and delivery routes, performing pre-trip and post-trip inspections, securing loads, maintaining required paperwork, and communicating with customers and yard personnel. Drivers are expected to follow all DOT regulations and company safety procedures.
Qualified candidates must have a valid Class A CDL, an acceptable driving record, and a strong commitment to safe driving. Previous commercial driving, hauling, roll-off, dump trailer, recycling, or similar experience is preferred. Candidates should be dependable, professional, and comfortable working around an active recycling yard.
