We are seeking a reliable and efficient Courier Delivery Associate to join our team in Akron, Ohio. This is a contract position with the opportunity for growth and development within the company. As a courier, you will be responsible for delivering packages and documents to various locations in a timely and safe manner.

• Pick up and deliver packages and documents to designated locations
• Ensure all deliveries are made on time and in accordance with company standards
• Use navigation tools to plan the most efficient route for deliveries
• Communicate delivery status with clients and address any concerns or issues that may arise
• Maintain accurate records of deliveries and obtain necessary signatures or proof of delivery
• Adhere to all traffic laws and regulations while operating company vehicle
• Keep vehicle clean and well-maintained at all times

• Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings as needed
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Ability to operate a vehicle safely in various weather conditions
• Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
• High school diploma or equivalent education required

• Previous experience as a courier or in a related field preferred but not required.
• Familiarity with GPS/navigation tools for planning routes.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
