Accountant, Financial Reporting, Tax Accountant

The Exile is seeking a detail-oriented Accountant to oversee day-to-day financial operations and ensure accurate financial reporting

• Record and maintain daily financial transactions
• Manage accounts payable and receivable
• Reconcile bank accounts and company ledgers
• Prepare monthly financial statements P L and cash flow reports
• Process payroll and ensure compliance with UAE labor and tax regulations
• Prepare and submit VAT returns
• Monitor company expenses budgets and cash flow
• Maintain inventory costing and coordinate stock reconciliation with operations
• Support external audits and maintain accurate financial documentation
• Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards
• Work closely with management to provide financial insights and recommendations

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Minimum 5 years of accounting experience in the UAE
• Experience in the F&B, hospitality, or retail industry is highly preferred
• Strong knowledge of UAE VAT regulations and financial reporting
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Experience with accounting software such as Zoho Books, Quick Books, Xero, Odoo, or similar
• Experience with Foodics POS is an advantage
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• High level of integrity, confidentiality, and attention to detail
• Strong communication skills and ability to work independently
