Ritual Cafe is seeking a detail-driven Accountant to manage day-to-day financial operations for its F&B venue in Al Ain. This position focuses on maintaining complete general ledger accuracy, processing accounts payable and receivable, executing bank reconciliations, and driving strict UAE VAT regulatory compliance through modern enterprise platforms.

• Direct daily bookkeeping operations, journal entries, and ledger maintenance.
• Execute accounts payable (AP), accounts receivable (AR), and multi-account bank reconciliations.
• Generate regular management information system (MIS) reports, balance sheets, and profit & loss statements.
• Process all financial transactions and reporting through Zoho Books and Odoo ERP software.
• Prepare and file quarterly UAE VAT returns in accordance with local tax authority guidelines.
• Support month-end closing activities and serve as primary liaison during external audit cycles.

• Educational Credentials:
  Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
• Work Background:
  At least 4 years of hands-on accounting experience; prior background within the Food & Beverage or hospitality sector is preferred.
• Technical Mastery /
  
  Skills:
  
  Mandatory hands-on expertise in Zoho Books and Odoo ERP, alongside advanced knowledge of UAE VAT legislation and MS Excel.
• Core Competencies:
  
  Financial statement generation, tax compliance filing, ledger reconciliation, audit preparation, and analytical problem-solving.

• Monthly compensation package estimated between AED 4,500 and AED 6,500.
• Direct placement with an established F&B brand in Al Ain.
• Exposure to modern cloud accounting workflows and enterprise resource planning systems.
