Senior Accountant

The Senior Accountant will be responsible for managing and overseeing the financial operations of our company in El-Ain They will work closely with our finance team to ensure accurate and timely recording of financial transactions and provide insights to support strategic decision making The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting excellent analytical skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment

• Oversee the day-to-day accounting activities including accounts payable receivable general ledger entries and bank reconciliations
• Ensure accurate and timely recording of financial transactions and maintain proper documentation
• Prepare monthly quarterly and annual financial reports for management review
• Analyze financial data to identify trends variances and opportunities for cost savings or revenue growth
• Assist in the preparation of budgets and forecasts
• Support the development of financial policies and procedures
• Collaborate with external auditors during annual audits
• Mentor and train junior accounting staff

• Bachelors degree in Accounting or Finance
• CPA or equivalent certification is preferred
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting or related field preferably with experience in a supervisory role
• Excellent knowledge of accounting principles and standards GAAP
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other accounting software programs Quick Books SAP
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines
• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
• Proactive attitude with a desire for continuous learning
