Accountant​/Admin Assistant

We are seeking a detail-oriented Accountant / Admin Assistant with strong accounting fundamentals and hands‑on experience in Odoo ERP. The ideal candidate will support daily accounting operations, administrative tasks, and ERP‑based financial workflows while ensuring accuracy and compliance.

• Maintain accurate financial records, ledgers, and journals
• Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable
• Prepare invoices, payment vouchers, and receipts
• Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing
• Perform bank and supplier account reconciliations
• Support VAT documentation and compliance (UAE VAT knowledge preferred)
• Coordinate with management to improve ERP‑based accounting processes
• Generate financial reports (P&L, Balance Sheet, Aging reports)

• Maintain organized financial and administrative records
• Assist with procurement, inventory, and basic HR coordination
• Handle general office administration and reporting tasks
• Support management with day‑to‑day operational requirements

• 2–3 years of experience in accounting
• Minimum 1 year of hands‑on experience with Odoo ERP (highly preferred)
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles
• Proficiency in MS Excel & Office Suite
• Good organizational and communication skills
• Ability to multitask and work independently
