Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Office Assistant to join our team on a contract basis in El‑Ain. This role provides administrative support and ensures the smooth running of office operations.
Responsibilities- Answer phone calls and emails
- Schedule appointments
- Maintain records and files
- Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks
- Fluency in English
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to multitask effectively and strong attention to detail
- Previous experience in a similar role preferred but not required
Contract position with a salary of $1,400 per month.
Working hours:
Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm. Accommodation will not be provided – candidates must arrange their own housing in El‑Ain.
