Our company in El‑Ain is seeking an experienced Office Administrator to join our team. This is a full‑time position with a salary of 1400$. We are looking for an Indian national who is fluent in English and has excellent organizational and communication skills.
Responsibilities- Coordinate and manage day‑to‑day operations of the office.
- Answer phone calls, respond to emails, schedule appointments, and maintain office supplies.
- Organize and maintain files, assist with data entry and record keeping.
- Detail‑oriented, reliable, and able to work independently.
- Previous experience in an administrative role.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks.
