We are currently seeking a motivated and reliable Office Assistant to join our team in El-Ain, UAE. The ideal candidate should have experience working in an office environment and be familiar with basic office procedures.
We are looking for someone who is available to work on a temporary basis and has a valid biometric passport. Preference will be given to candidates of Egyptian nationality, however we welcome applications from all backgrounds. Fluency in English is not required for this role.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to the team, managing filing systems and incoming calls, and ensuring that all office equipment is functioning properly. Additionally, the Office Assistant may assist with other tasks as required such as helping the team with research projects or organizing office events.
We are looking for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently when needed. The ideal candidate should also possess excellent communication skills and demonstrate an eagerness to learn new tasks quickly. Students are encouraged to apply.
