El-Ain is looking for an experienced Office Assistant who will provide administrative and organizational support to the team. The successful candidate will be expected to manage a wide range of office duties and functions, including but not limited to general filing, copying, archiving, document filing and retrieval, mail distribution, phone coverage and other tasks as assigned. The ideal candidate must possess excellent communication skills and demonstrate a professional attitude.
The Office Assistant should be able to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Additionally the candidate must be able to operate basic office equipment such as computers, printers, scanners, photocopiers etc.
The Office Assistant should also be comfortable with handling confidential information in order to maintain staff records and client information securely.
Other duties may include providing support for team meetings, creating reports when requested and handling incoming calls/inquiries.
We are willing to consider applicants with minimal work experience; however we do require that applicants have an excellent command of the English language both verbal and written. Candidates should possess strong organizational skills as well as the ability to multitask while paying close attention to detail. Candidates must also have strong interpersonal skills in order to effectively interact with clients or vendors on behalf of the team they are supporting.
This position offers a competitive salary of 1300 per month plus additional benefits such as paid vacation time off and health insurance coverage.
