Construction Manager

We are a leading construction and development company based in El-Ain seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to join our team.

As the Construction Project Manager you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our construction projects from planning and budgeting to execution and completion.

This is a full-time position with a competitive salary of 1200$ per month.

• Develop project plans and schedules ensuring that all projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Oversee project budgets, monitor expenses and make adjustments as needed.
• Manage project teams including contractors, subcontractors and other stakeholders.
• Ensure all necessary permits and approvals are obtained for each project.
• Communicate effectively with clients, providing regular updates on project progress.
• Conduct site visits to monitor progress and ensure quality control.
• Identify potential risks or issues during the construction process and develop solutions to address them.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers and other professionals to ensure project specifications are met.

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years experience in construction management.
• Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials and techniques.
• Proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong leadership skills.
