We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Construction Manager to join our team in El-Ain, UAE. As a Pakistani national, you will have the opportunity to showcase your expertise in construction management while working in a dynamic and diverse environment.

• Oversee all aspects of construction projects from planning to completion
• Manage project timelines and budgets
• Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and other stakeholders
• Ensure compliance with building codes and safety regulations
• Monitor project progress and make necessary adjustments to meet deadlines
• Conduct site inspections to ensure quality standards are met
• Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during construction
• Communicate effectively with team members and clients

• Pakistani nationality preferred
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction management
• Strong project management skills
• Knowledge of building codes and safety regulations
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Flexibility to work on a contract basis
• Must be able to work without accommodation provided
• Valid UAE visa and ticket provided by company
