Supervise daily site activities and monitor workforce productivity.
Coordinate with engineers, subcontractors, and clients.
Ensure work is executed according to approved drawings and project specifications.
Plan and allocate manpower, materials, and equipment efficiently.
Monitor project progress and report daily work status.
Conduct site inspections to ensure quality and compliance.
Enforce health, safety, and environmental (HSE) requirements.
Identify and resolve site issues promptly.
Maintain records of work completed, manpower, and materials.
Ensure timely completion of assigned tasks within the project schedule.
SkillsDiploma or Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
Minimum 2–5 years of experience as a Civil Site Supervisor.
UAE/GCC experience is preferred.
Strong knowledge of civil construction, maintenance, finishing, and renovation works.
Ability to read and interpret construction drawings.
Good leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Familiarity with UAE construction standards and safety regulations.
Valid UAE Driving Licence is mandatory
