Construction Project Manager

We are in need of a highly skilled Construction Project Manager to join our team in El-Ain. As a Construction Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of construction projects from start to finish. This includes project planning, budgeting, scheduling, and managing the construction team.

Salary: 1300$ per month

Requirements:

• Indian nationality preferred
• No English language proficiency required
• Previous experience in construction management is not necessary
• Must have visa sponsorship or be willing to obtain one
• Women are encouraged to apply for this position

Responsibilities:

• Plan and oversee construction projects from beginning to end
• Develop project budgets and schedules
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure project success
• Monitor progress and make necessary adjustments to meet project timelines
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes
• Communicate regularly with clients regarding project updates and progress
• Manage construction team including hiring, training, and performance evaluations

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field preferred but not required
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Familiarity with construction management software is a plus
