Construction Manager

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate construction projects ensuring they are completed on time and within budget
• Obtain necessary permits and approvals for construction projects
• Hire and manage contractors and subcontractors
• Oversee the hiring of laborers and other personnel for construction projects
• Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations and other legal requirements
• Monitor progress of construction projects and make adjustments as needed
• Communicate regularly with clients providing updates on project status
• Handle any issues or challenges that may arise during the construction process
• Maintain accurate records of project expenses, materials used and labor costs

• Bachelors degree in Construction Management or related field
• Proven experience as a Construction Project Manager or similar role
• Excellent communication leadership and problem‑solving skills
• Strong knowledge of local building codes, safety regulations and legal requirements
• Ability to read blueprints and understand technical drawings
  
  Proficient in project management software such as Microsoft Project or Primavera P6
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines

The salary for this position is 1600$ per month
