Construction Project Manager

We are in need of a skilled and experienced Construction Project Manager to oversee a variety of construction projects in the city of El‑Ain. The ideal candidate must have a strong background in construction management, with a focus on budgeting, scheduling, and quality control.

• Manage all aspects of construction projects from start to finish, ensuring that they are completed on time, within budget, and up to the required standards.
• Coordinate with contractors, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth progress of the project.
• Monitor project progress and identify any potential issues or delays, taking necessary corrective actions.
• Develop and maintain project schedules and budgets.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards at all times.
• Review and approve contractor bids and negotiate contracts.
• Facilitate regular meetings with clients to provide updates on project status.
• Prepare progress reports for senior management.

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years experience in construction management.
• Proven track record of successfully managing multiple construction projects simultaneously.
• Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations, safety protocols, and quality standards.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively liaise with various stakeholders including clients, contractors, and government officials.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team.

We offer a competitive salary package of 1800$ per month.

This position is located in El‑Ain. Preference will be given to candidates who are already residing in the city or willing to relocate.

This position is open only for Indian nationals. Candidates must have their own visa sponsorship as we do not provide visa assistance. Accommodation will not be provided by the company.
