Construction Manager

Our construction company is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Construction Manager to oversee our projects in El-Ain Egypt As an English-speaking manager you will be responsible for leading and managing a diverse team of Pakistani and Egyptian workers to ensure successful completion of construction projects

This is a full-time position with a salary of 1400$ per month and includes accommodation

• Oversee all aspects of construction projects from start to finish ensuring they are completed on time within budget and meet quality standards
• Manage and coordinate the work of Pakistani and Egyptian workers on-site
• Create schedules for project phases and ensure deadlines are met
• Monitor progress and make adjustments as needed to keep projects on track
• Communicate with clients contractors engineers architects and other stakeholders to provide updates on project status
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations on site
• Manage budgeting and cost control for each project
• Develop and maintain strong working relationships with all team members

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Construction Manager in a similar role
• Fluency in English is required Arabic language skills are preferred but not required
• Experience managing teams from different nationalitiescultures is preferred
• Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering or related field is required
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage teams effectively
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
• In-depth knowledge of construction processes building codes regulations safety standards
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software
