- Implement and monitor project HSE policies and procedures.
- Conduct site inspections, safety audits, and risk assessments.
- Conduct toolbox talks, safety inductions, and HSE training.
- Investigate incidents, accidents, and near misses and recommend corrective actions.
- Monitor PPE compliance and safe working practices.
- Ensure compliance with HSE regulations and client requirements.
- Maintain HSE documentation, statistics, and inspection records.
- Coordinate with project managers, engineers, contractors, and subcontractors.
- Support emergency response and environmental management activities.
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering / Occupational Health & Safety or related discipline.
- 3–5+ years of HSE experience
, preferably within Construction, MEP, or EPC projects. - NEBOSH IGC certification preferred/required.
- IOSH / OSHA certifications are an advantage.
- Knowledge of ISO 45001 and ISO 14001
. - Strong knowledge of risk assessment, incident investigation, and site safety.
- Good communication, reporting, and coordination skills.
