Construction Manager (No English Required) - El-Ain, UAE
We are looking for an experienced Construction Manager to join our team in El-Ain, UAE. The successful candidate must have a minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar role and preferably come from an Indian background.
The Construction Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities on construction sites. This position requires excellent management and organizational skills to ensure all projects are completed on time and within budget. The successful candidate should have the ability to work independently with minimal supervision as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
Key responsibilities include:- Assisting with planning, scheduling, and budgeting of projects
- Negotiating contracts with suppliers and subcontractors
- Overseeing the recruitment process for site personnel
- Ensuring compliance with all safety regulations
- Supervising all site personnel and coordinating their activities
- Monitoring progress of construction projects and ensuring they meet quality control standards
- Liaising with clients throughout the course of the project to ensure their expectations are met
Candidates must have excellent communication skills in order to effectively collaborate with other stakeholders such as engineers, architects, surveyors, etc. In addition, accommodation is provided for this role.
