Construction Project Manager
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Construction Project Manager to join our team in El-Ain. As a Construction Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of construction projects from start to finish. This includes coordinating with contractors, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure timely and efficient completion of projects.
- Plan and oversee construction projects from start to finish
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to develop project plans
- Ensure that all projects are completed on time and within budget
- Obtain necessary permits and licenses for construction activities
- Monitor progress of construction projects and provide regular updates to stakeholders
- Resolve any issues or challenges that may arise during the course of the project
- Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations
- Manage project budget, including tracking expenses and making adjustments as needed
- Hire, train, and supervise construction workers and subcontractors
- Maintain accurate records of project progress, materials used, and costs incurred
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- At least 5 years of experience as a Construction Project Manager in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, building codes, safety regulations, and project management principles
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work well with a diverse team
- Proficiency in project management software such as Microsoft Project or Primavera
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize tasks, and meet tight deadlines
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Valid visa for working in El-Ain
Salary: 1600$ per month (negotiable based on experience)
