We are looking for a Construction Manager to join our team in El-Ain, UAE. This position is open to Indian citizens and no English skills are required. Accommodation and visa sponsorship will be provided. This role is suitable for freshers with some experience in the construction industry.

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing construction projects by liaising with contractors, monitoring progress, and ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget. The Construction Manager must have excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Key responsibilities include:

• Developing a construction plan and timeline for each project
• Identifying potential problems and developing solutions to ensure project success
• Liaising with contractors to ensure that tasks are completed efficiently
• Ensuring that all safety standards are met throughout the construction process
• Monitoring progress of each project and reporting any discrepancies
