Construction Manager - El-Ain, UAE (Experience Required, Own Visa Preferred)
We are seeking a Construction Manager to join our construction team based in El-Ain, United Arab Emirates. We prefer candidates with a valid work visa and experience in the construction industry.
As Construction Manager, your primary responsibility will be to oversee all projects within the construction team. You will ensure that all projects are handled in accordance with safety regulations and industry standards. You will also be responsible for managing project budgets and timelines, preparing project documents, and coordinating with outside vendors. Additionally, you will need to monitor progress on projects and report results back to management.
We are looking for someone who is organized and detail-oriented with a strong knowledge of construction principles and practices. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders. This position is open to Indian nationals or any other nationality able to speak English fluently. Part-time work may be available for qualified applicants.
