Construction Project Manager
As a Construction Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing various construction projects in the city of El-Ain. You will work closely with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and according to quality standards. Your role will involve planning and scheduling project timelines, budgeting and cost control, managing resources and materials, negotiating contracts, and providing regular progress reports.
Additionally, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with safety regulations and building codes.

- Provide regular progress reports to clients
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders
- Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during the project
- Conduct quality control inspections to ensure adherence to standards
- Degree in construction management or a related field
- At least 5 years of experience in construction project management
- Excellent leadership skills
- Strong negotiation skills
- Proficiency in project management software
- Knowledge of safety regulations and building codes
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills
We offer a competitive salary package of 1300$ per month for this full-time position. This position is open to Egyptian nationals who are fluent in English. Part-time options may also be available for qualified candidates.
