A construction company in El-Ain, UAE is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Construction Manager to oversee their projects. The ideal candidate should be a Malayalee with fluency in English and able to handle a contract job without accommodation.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage all aspects of construction projects from beginning to end
• Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets
• Monitor progress and ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
• Hire, train, and supervise construction workers and subcontractors
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other professionals to ensure project success
• Handle any issues or delays that may arise during the construction process

Requirements:

• Fluency in English (Malayalee preferred)
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
• Minimum of 5 years experience as a Construction Manager in the UAE
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and methods
• Ability to read blueprints, drawings, and specifications
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Valid biometric passport for travel within the UAE
