Our company is seeking an experienced and highly skilled Construction Manager to join our team in El-Ain, UAE. As a Construction Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of construction projects, from planning and budgeting to execution and completion. This position is ideal for someone with a strong background in construction management and a proven track record of successfully completing projects on time and within budget.

• Manage all phases of construction projects, including planning, budgeting, scheduling, and execution
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure smooth project progress
• Review project plans and specifications to ensure compliance with building codes and regulations
• Monitor project progress and communicate updates to stakeholders
• Manage project budget and expenses to ensure cost-effectiveness
• Oversee quality control measures to maintain high standards of construction work
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations at all times

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field
• Proven experience as a Construction Manager
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, building codes, and regulations
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Biometric passport or ability to obtain one is preferred
