Construction Manager
A well-established construction company in El-Ain is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Construction Manager to oversee our construction projects. As a Construction Manager, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and supervising all aspects of the construction process to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop project plans and schedules, including materials and labor requirements
- Oversee all on-site construction activities and manage construction teams
- Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to design specifications and safety regulations
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders
- Review and approve project budgets, change orders, and invoices
- Conduct regular site inspections to identify any potential issues or delays
- Provide regular progress reports to senior management
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- Proven experience as a Construction Manager in the construction industry
- In-depth knowledge of construction processes, building codes, safety regulations, and quality standards
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
This is a contract position with a salary of 1200$ per month. Visa sponsorship is available for qualified candidates. This job is open to Indian nationals who are currently residing in El-Ain.
