We are currently looking for an experienced Construction Manager to join our team in El-Ain, United Arab Emirates. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and coordinating all aspects of a construction project, from initial planning and design stages through to completion.
The ideal candidate must have experience in the construction industry and related fields, as well as knowledge of local building codes and safety regulations. We are particularly interested in hearing from African nationals who require no English language skills. Additionally, we are offering free visa and ticket for the successful candidate.

• Oversee all aspects of construction projects, from planning and design to completion
• Develop detailed project plans including timelines, milestones, budgets, resources required etc.
• Monitor progress against project plans; adjust plans as necessary to ensure completion on time and within budget
• Negotiate contracts with contractors and suppliers to secure favorable terms
• Ensure compliance with local building codes and safety regulations
• Oversee quality control throughout the entire construction process
• Manage and coordinate staff on site; provide guidance/training when necessary
• Maintain accurate records of progress throughout each project

• Proven experience as a Construction Manager (or similar positions) in the construction industry
• Knowledge of local building codes/safety regulations and best practices in construction management
• Excellent organizational/time management skills with attention to detail
• Ability to negotiate contracts with contractors/suppliers on favorable terms

African nationals preferred but not required. Free visa and ticket will be provided for successful candidates.
