Construction Manager - Indian Nationals (El-Ain, UAE). We are in search of an experienced and dynamic Construction Manager to join our growing team in El-Ain, UAE. As an Indian national, you will be responsible for managing construction projects and ensuring their timely completion within budget and to the highest quality standards.

• Oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of all construction activities on site
• Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to project timelines and budget
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards
• Address any issues or delays that may arise during the construction process
• Prepare progress reports and present them to management as required
• Manage the procurement of materials and equipment required for each project
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and subcontractors

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Construction Manager in the UAE or GCC region
• Proven track record of successfully managing construction projects from start to finish within budget and on time
• Knowledge of local building codes, regulations, and safety standards
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a team effectively
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in MS Office applications
