Responsibilities

- Manage inventory and sourcing of high-quality fabrics and materials balancing cost and quality to meet client needs
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in bespoke tailoring, with a strong portfolio showcasing diverse styles and techniques
- Formal education in fashion design or tailoring from a recognized institution, providing a solid foundation in garment construction
- Certification in pattern making or garment fitting, demonstrating advanced technical skills and expertise
- Proven leadership experience, with the ability to motivate and mentor a team of tailors to achieve excellence
