We are a renowned florist shop located in the bustling city of El-Ain Egypt We are currently seeking a talented and experienced Florist to join our team This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about flowers and has a creative flair for designing beautiful floral arrangements As a Florist you will be responsible for creating stunning bouquets centerpieces and other floral displays for various occasions such as weddings parties and corporate events Your main duties will include sourcing high-quality flowers from local suppliers arranging them in attractive designs and ensuring their proper care and maintenance To excel in this role you must have a keen eye for detail and possess excellent knowledge of different types of flowers and their seasonal availability You should also have strong communication skills to understand clients requests and provide them with personalized suggestions to meet their needs
Responsibilities- Designing and creating unique floral arrangements for different occasions
- Sourcing high-quality flowers from local suppliers
- Properly maintaining the freshness of flowers through watering pruning etc
- Ensuring timely delivery of orders to clients
- Providing excellent customer service by understanding clients needs and making personalized recommendations
- Managing inventory levels and restocking supplies as needed
- Collaborating with other team members to brainstorm new design ideas
- Maintaining a clean and organized work area
- Proven experience as a florist or in a similar role
- Excellent knowledge of different types of flowers and their seasonal availability
