Join our Aftersales team as a Service Advisor where you will be the face of our organization and the key link between our customers and workshop operations. In this role, you will create an exceptional end-to-end customer journey building lasting relationships, ensuring transparency and delivering a seamless service experience that drives both customer retention and business growth.
What You Will Do- Deliver an outstanding customer experience by guiding customers through their entire service journey.
- Build long‑term relationships to drive customer loyalty and retention.
- Upsell products and services responsibly to achieve revenue targets.
- Identify customer concerns and ensure vehicles are repaired right the first time.
- Coordinate closely with workshop teams to ensure timely updates and on‑time delivery.
- Clearly explain repairs, maintenance requirements, costs and value‑added services to customers.
- Handle customer concerns professionally to enhance satisfaction and customer loyalty.
- Ensure full compliance with SOPs, systems and data accuracy standards.
- Contribute to departmental performance and customer satisfaction objectives.
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Automobile Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in the automotive industry, preferably in a Service Advisor or similar customer‑facing role.
- Strong technical knowledge of passenger vehicles combined with customer service experience.
- Experience working in a dealership or automotive service environment.
- Fluency in English; basic Arabic is an advantage.
- A customer‑first mindset with strong attention to detail.
- Strong customer service and relationship management skills.
- Good technical understanding of passenger vehicles and automotive service processes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple customers while maintaining service quality.
- Commercial awareness with a focus on achieving targets.
- Strong problem‑solving and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (experience with dealer management systems is an advantage).
