Senior Site Architect

Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage on-site architectural works according to approved drawings and specifications.
• Review and interpret architectural design documents, drawings, and specifications.
• Ensure compliance with building codes, safety standards, and quality requirements.
• Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and consultants to resolve design and construction issues.
• Monitor construction progress and report deviations or potential issues to project managers.
• Conduct site inspections, quality control checks, and ensure finishing works meet standards.
• Mentor and guide junior architects and site engineers.
• Assist in project planning, scheduling, and documentation.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture or Architectural Engineering.
• Minimum 7-10 years of experience in architectural design and site supervision, with at least 3 years in a senior/site role.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and finishing standards.
• Excellent understanding of building codes, safety, and quality standards.
• Strong leadership, communication, and coordination skills.
• Ability to work on multiple sites and manage teams effectively.
