Senior Architect - Railway

We are seeking an experienced Senior Architect to support the Hafeet Railway Project, ensuring effective architectural design coordination, BIM integration, and technical documentation across multidisciplinary project teams.

• Lead architectural design coordination and BIM integration across multidisciplinary teams.
• Manage and coordinate BIM models using Autodesk Revit and Navisworks.
• Coordinate architectural interfaces with civil, structural, MEP, and specialist engineering disciplines.
• Review technical drawings, design deliverables, and IFC documentation for accuracy, compliance, and constructability.
• Identify and resolve design clashes and technical interface issues.
• Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, and other project stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of design packages.
• Monitor project deliverables against agreed milestones and project requirements.
• Ensure compliance with applicable codes, project specifications, and authority requirements.
• Participate in design coordination meetings, technical reviews, and BIM coordination workshops.
• Support value engineering initiatives and propose practical design solutions.

• Bachelor's Degree in Architecture or Architectural Engineering.
• Minimum 8–10 years of relevant architectural design and coordination experience.
• Strong experience in BIM coordination and multidisciplinary design management.
• Proficiency in Autodesk Revit, Navisworks Manage, and BIM collaboration platforms.
• Experience in large-scale infrastructure, transportation, railway, or other complex multidisciplinary projects is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of technical documentation, design reviews, constructability, and interface coordination.
• Experience coordinating with consultants, contractors, and specialist subcontractors.
• Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
