Disabilities Support Supervisor ( UAE national ) — Al Ain University, Al Ain Campus.

• Provide all forms of effective support to students with disabilities at the university to facilitate their academic journey and integration into university life and the local community.
• Develop clear action plans to support students with disabilities.
• Establish and develop a database for services required to students with disabilities during the academic year.
• Develop initiatives/policies/guidelines/new processes to enhance support services for students with disabilities.
• Act as a leader for digital services related to services for students with disabilities and integration.
• Develop, implement, and manage events and activities to raise awareness regarding services for students with disabilities and integration.
• Attend any necessary training or development for the position.
• Maintain the confidentiality of students' personal information.

• Bachelor's degree in Special Education.
• Minimum of three years of experience in the field.
• The applicant should be a citizen of UAE.

• Ability to interact with individuals with disabilities.
• Planning, organizing, and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Ability to perform under work pressure.
• Desire for development and innovation.
• Good time management and work priorities arrangement.
• Effective communication with students and the local community.
• Proficiency in English.
