Bloom Education is recruiting a passionate and enthusiastic Behavioral Intervention and Supports Coordinator (Arabic Speaker) to join our Charter School – August 2026. The Behavioral Interventions and Supports Coordinator will assist teachers, school administrators, and other school personnel in supporting the enforcement of the school's Behaviour for Learning policy.

The Position Holder will promote Positive Behaviour for Learning across the school and assist with effective support and challenge for behaviour by:

  • Identifying the behavioral needs of at‑risk students;
  • Determining research‑based interventions that meet the targeted weakness;
  • Determining validated progress‑monitoring tools that measure student growth resulting from the intervention;
  • Analyzing ongoing data to make decisions about next steps;
  • Observing implementation and providing coaching and support to teachers and others implementing the interventions, collecting data, and communicating results with the appropriate stakeholders at the school level.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Education, Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, Sociology, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of verifiable experience improving behavioral skills.
