Tutor, Tutoring, English Teacher ​/ ESL TEFL

We are hiring an experienced English Tutor to join our team in El-Ain. As a tutor you will be responsible for providing personalized one‑on‑one or group instruction to students of various levels and ages. Your role will involve assessing students’ needs, creating lesson plans and monitoring their progress.

• Conducting individual or group tutoring sessions for students
• Assessing students’ English language proficiency and identifying areas for improvement
• Developing personalized lesson plans to meet the specific needs and goals of each student
• Providing feedback and guidance to help students improve their language skills
• Incorporating a variety of teaching methods and materials to keep lessons engaging and effective
• Monitoring students’ progress through regular assessments and adjusting lesson plans accordingly
• Communicating with parents or guardians to provide updates on students’ performance and progress

• Bachelor's degree in English Education or related field
• Minimum of 2 years experience as an English tutor or teacher
• Native-level proficiency in English with excellent grammar skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Patient, flexible and able to adapt teaching style to meet the needs of different learners
• Familiarity with various teaching methods and materials
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

We offer a competitive salary of $1,200 per month.

This position is based in El-Ain but we welcome applicants from all nationalities who have their own visa.
