Quality Control Supervisor – Education

Responsibilities

• Monitor and ensure consistent quality standards across all academic and administrative processes in the institute
• Conduct regular audits of classrooms, trainers, teaching methods, and student services
• Develop and implement quality assurance policies, procedures, and checklists
• Evaluate student feedback and take corrective actions to improve service delivery
• Coordinate with branch heads, trainers, and administrative staff to maintain compliance standards
• Ensure adherence to institute guidelines, accreditation requirements, and internal SOPs
• Identify areas of improvement in training delivery and operational efficiency
• Prepare quality reports and present findings to management
• Support staff training and awareness programs related to quality standards
• Investigate complaints or deviations and ensure timely resolution
• Maintain documentation for audits, inspections, and compliance reviews
• Work closely with management to enhance overall student satisfaction and institutional performance

• Proven track record in developing and implementing quality assurance systems in academic institutions
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data sets
• Strong leadership and team management capabilities, with experience in training and mentoring staff
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, adept at engaging diverse stakeholders
• Proficiency in educational technology tools and data analysis software
• Fluency in English; proficiency in an additional language relevant to the institution's student body is a plus
