- Minimum 2-3+ years of teaching experience in international or high-performing schools
- Strong ability to deliver standards-based and inquiry-based learning
- Experience teaching in multicultural and English-medium environments
- Strong classroom management and ability to support differentiated learning
- Familiarity with assessment-driven teaching (including AP/IB-style expectations in senior years)
- Willingness to meet UAE licensing and professional registration requirements
- K-12 International Curriculum School
- US curriculum / IB delivery / Advanced Placement available
- Serves mainly local children – this is not a western expatriate school
- Location is Al Ain which is not far from Dubai and Abu Dhabi
