The Media Buyer and Digital Marketing Specialist is a full‑time, on‑site role based at Czech Rehabilitation Hospital in Al Ain. This role is responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing paid media campaigns across digital platforms such as search, social media, display, and video to increase awareness of the hospital’s services and support patient engagement. The specialist will research audience segments, select appropriate media channels, negotiate and manage media placements, and monitor campaign performance to ensure cost‑effective results.
Day‑to‑day tasks include managing digital marketing calendars, coordinating with internal stakeholders to align campaigns with service offerings, creating or briefing content for ads and landing pages, and ensuring brand consistency across all communication. The role also involves preparing performance reports, analyzing data for insights, and recommending improvements to enhance reach, conversion, and return on investment.
- Experience in media planning and buying across digital channels (e.g., search, social, display) with the ability to manage budgets and optimize campaigns for performance.
- Strong digital marketing skills, including knowledge of online advertising platforms, social media marketing, and performance tracking using analytics tools.
- Ability to conduct market and audience research, segment target groups, and use data to inform campaign strategies and channel selection.
- Skills in creating or collaborating on marketing content for ads, landing pages, and digital assets that align with brand guidelines and healthcare messaging.
- Proficiency with campaign management and analytics tools (e.g., Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics or similar platforms).
- Excellent organizational and time‑management abilities, with attention to detail and the capacity to handle multiple campaigns simultaneously.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to collaborate with clinical, administrative, and marketing teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field; experience in healthcare or rehabilitation services is an advantage.
