Behavioral Intervention and Supports Coordinator (Arabic Speaker) – August 2026 start.
OverviewBloom Education is recruiting a passionate and enthusiastic Behavioral Intervention and Supports Coordinator (Arabic Speaker) to join our Charter School starting August 2026. Responsibilities- Assist teachers, school administrators, and other school personnel to support the enforcement of the school's Behavior for Learning policy.
- Promote Positive Behaviour For Learning across the school.
- Assist with effective support and challenge for behaviour by:
- Identifying the behavioural needs for at‑risk students.
- Determining research‑based interventions that meet the targeted weakness.
- Determining validated progress monitoring tools that will measure student growth resulting from the intervention.
- Analyzing ongoing data to make decisions about next steps.
- Observing implementation and providing coaching and support to teachers and others who implement the interventions, collecting the data, and analyzing and communicating the results with appropriate stakeholders at the school level.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Education, Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, Sociology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of successful, verifiable experience improving behavioral skills.
