We are hiring a qualified and enthusiastic FS3/Year 3 Primary Teacher following the British Curriculum for an international level school in Al Ain, UAE. The successful candidate will inspire students, promote academic excellence, and contribute positively to the wider school community.
The FS3 Teacher will be responsible for delivering engaging and developmentally appropriate learning experiences that support children's academic, social, emotional, and physical development in line with the FS3/Year 3 Primary Teacher curriculum. The role requires fostering a positive classroom environment where children are encouraged to become confident, independent, and lifelong learners.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver high-quality Year 3 lessons aligned with the British Curriculum.
- Differentiate learning to meet student needs and individual developmental progress.
- Monitor progress, prepare assessments, and maintain accurate learning records.
- Collaborate with parents, colleagues, and school leadership to support student development.
- Create a safe, nurturing, stimulating, and inclusive classroom environment.
- Maintain effective classroom management and positive behaviour strategies.
- Participate in school events, meetings, parent consultations, and professional development activities.
- Ensure compliance with safeguarding, child protection, health, and safety policies.

- B.Ed. or Bachelor's Degree with PGCE/PGDE
- Minimum 2 years teaching the British Curriculum preferred.
- UAE teaching experience not essential.
- (QTS) Teaching licence or Qualified Teacher Status or equivalent (Mandatory).
- Male and female candidates welcome.
- Preferred age up to late 40s.
Gross Monthly Salary: AED 11,000 – AED 13,000
