English Teacher (Visa Sponsorship Available)

We are currently seeking a passionate and qualified English Teacher to join our international school in El-Ain, UAE. This is an exciting opportunity for an Indian national who is looking to kickstart their teaching career abroad and gain valuable experience in a multicultural environment.
As an English Teacher, you will be responsible for creating engaging lesson plans and delivering high-quality instruction to students of various levels. You will also be expected to assess student progress, provide feedback, and maintain a positive and supportive classroom environment. Our ideal candidate should have a strong command of the English language and excellent communication skills.
This position is open to candidates without prior teaching experience, as we are willing to provide training and support for the right candidate. We also offer visa sponsorship for non-UAE residents who meet the necessary requirements.
Key Responsibilities- Develop lesson plans that align with the school's curriculum and educational standards.
- Deliver engaging lessons that cater to students' individual learning styles.
- Evaluate student performance through assessments and provide constructive feedback.
- Maintain accurate records of student attendance, grades, and progress.
- Communicate with parents regarding their child's academic progress.
- Collaborate with other teachers and staff to create a positive learning environment.
- Stay updated on current teaching methods and incorporate them into classroom instruction.
- Bachelor's degree in Education or relevant field.
- Fluent in spoken and written English.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Passion for teaching and ability to engage students.
- Adaptable, patient, and able to work well in a diverse environment.
