We are currently seeking a passionate and dedicated individual to join our team as an Entry-Level Teacher in El-Ain, UAE. This is a full-time position suitable for men without any prior experience or English language proficiency.
As an Entry-Level Teacher, your main responsibility will be to assist senior teachers in delivering high-quality education to our students. This includes helping with lesson planning, creating engaging learning materials, and facilitating classroom activities. The ideal candidate will have a strong interest in teaching and a desire to continuously learn and grow in the field.
Responsibilities- Collaborate with senior teachers to develop lesson plans and learning materials
- Assist with classroom management and student behavior
- Engage students in interactive learning activities
- Provide one-on-one support to students who may need extra help
- Monitor student progress and provide feedback to senior teachers
- Attend professional development workshops and training sessions as required
- High school diploma or equivalent;
Bachelor's degree in Education or related field is preferred - Passion for teaching and helping others learn
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Willingness to learn new teaching methods and techniques
- Must be comfortable working with students of different ages and backgrounds
